Wineries

Wine making is an art that has evolved through the years, but the basics remain the same. Wineries must consider the timing of seasonal pruning which must be done in certain weeks of the year. Grape gathering, grape pressing, fermenting and everything that involved in to bringing a bottle of wine to your table is an art which takes lots of knowledge and patience.

Location is a very important part of knowing what cycle your crops will have making one year more important than another. A 1996 batch of wine from Napa Valley will be very different from a Loire Valley, the same goes to comparing La Rioja season to one in Tuscany.
